Shipping Policy - The Basics
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (Sunday-Thursday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping methods within Cairo and certain zones:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over EGP 1,650.00. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
